Great service, Carol was super helpful!

I had been wearing glasses with the wrong prescription for quite some time. Today, I went to Global Optical with an updated prescription and within an hour I had new lenses. Great service!

I came here to get glasses for the first time on my own. They were immediately able to tell me how much an exam+glasses would cost me post insurance and scheduled me for an appointment the very next day! Not only that, but as a courtesy, they cleaned and straightened my previous pair. They've created a very pleasant first timer experience for me.

Just thought I would share my experience. The staff at the Clark St location is great!. They spotted a defect on my last pair of glasses from a different optometrist and made sure the glasses that I purchased from them fit my face properly. The computer glasses that I was prescribed has reduced the eye strain that I was getting and my prescription sunglasses have helped my eyes feel better too. A great combo of promoting eye health and style. You can see my review on the wall in the store too!

What I felt that I received was honesty in terms of value in frames and service. After my choosing several various frames and getting feedback, I ended coming to my selection with confidence. The best value for the price and excellent service.. Thanks.

I have been here several times for glasses but my last visit here was over the top.   Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful in finding glasses that fit my face well  (this is no small feat).  I found two pairs that I loved and the owner was so kind as to let me pick them up after hours on a Friday.  I won't be shopping anywhere else for glasses.  Great selection and awesome staff and ownership!

I love coming here for my eye exams! The employees are always nice and friendly and very helpful! And best of all fast! I feel like my old optometrist office was so slow I was there forever ordering my glasses and contacts waiting to see the doctor etc. Not here! Highly recommended

Seven years later, I'm still coming here for the great and prompt service. They have never forgotten my name or face, even with my getting married, and they also have contacts in stock whenever I call. Still the best place around; it'll be a bittersweet day if or when Carol decides to retire.
